- If you are purchasing nothing except The Collected Archives with free shipping, you can use the direct purchase link above.
- If you need to send additional funds, to cover extra shipping, or other customized pricing, use the third column.
- In the past, if you purchased the “Dream, Tales & Lullabies” PDF songbook, you were provided a link for downloading it after the sale. PayPal has taken that capability away, so we now have to manually send you an email with the download link, which we will do within one day. (Or you can order the PDF through the ‘Old Store’ link below, which we believe still works correctly.)
- In the past, you could see the shipping and tax charges before you provided your payment information. Now it appears that you must commit to the sale before finding out how much shipping will cost you. Also, the ability for us to confirm that the shipping costs are actually what we specified is broken. Rest assured: if the shipping costs that PayPal calculates are exorbitant, we will refund you the excess. (We will post the correct rates if PayPal fixes the bug that is preventing us from seeing them.)
- Items shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania should be charged 6% sales tax. Because we are unable to access our tax tables within PayPal we can not confirm that this is working correctly. If you are charged incorrectly, we will sort it out and let you know what the correct charge is.
